Terms of Service

Last Updated: November 24, 2024

1. Introduction

Welcome to Emergency Health Fix! By downloading or using our app, you’re agreeing to these terms and conditions. Please take a moment to review them carefully, as they explain your rights and responsibilities. If you don’t agree to these terms, you won’t be able to use the app.

2. Subscriptions (e.g., S.W.A.T Team, Carbie AI)

We offer auto-renewing subscriptions designed to give you seamless access to premium features. Here’s what you need to know:

  • Auto-Renewing Subscriptions: By purchasing a subscription, you agree that it will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

  • Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm your purchase.

  • Managing Subscriptions: You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal through your account settings on the App Store or Google Play Store.

  • Cancellation: Cancel anytime, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. After that, it won’t renew, and you won’t be charged again.

3. Consumable Purchases (e.g., Challenges)

For one-off purchases, like specific challenges, here’s what to expect:

  • One-Off Purchases: These are consumable, meaning they’re used up upon access and don’t renew.

  • Payment: Payment for one-time purchases will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm your purchase.

  • No Refunds: Consumable purchases, including challenges, are non-refundable and cannot be restored once they’re used.

4. Refunds

We want to ensure clarity around payments:

  • All payments for subscriptions and consumable purchases are non-refundable.

  • If you cancel a subscription, you’ll retain access until the end of the current billing period, but no refunds will be issued for the remaining time.

  • Consumable purchases, such as challenges, are non-refundable and non-restorable once they’ve been used.

5. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our policies, features, or applicable laws. When we do, we’ll post the updated terms in the app. By continuing to use the app after changes are made, you’re agreeing to the updated terms.

6. Legal Disclaimer

The advice and recommendations provided by Dr. Erin and Emergency Health Fix, LLC are based on public knowledge and professional expertise. However, it’s important to understand the following:
